Remodeled 2020. Fridge & freezer, heater, cassette toilet, indoor and outdoor shower, vinyl in great condition, all maintenance has been kept up. new tires in 2019. mostly all particle board countertops have been replaced with professionally laminated birch plywood. couch removed and replaced with countertop on piano hinge for storage access and countertop space. great unit.  upgraded to memory foam mattresses and have been in mattress protectors since beginning. custom easy to clean vinyl dinette cushions. brand new dometic awning hardware and vinyl in 2020 - still have original vinyl for bug room too. must see.
