Well used. it run greats. New toilet and awning. Everything works, but the furniture needs recovering, or replacing. We took out the mattress from the over cab area and have put in storage drawers. For someone who wants the extra bed it would be an easy fix. Air conditioner runs great, as well as the heater. The fridge is electric and propane. The rv has 2 smart t.v.s. The shower is seperate from the toilet.the generator works great. There is a back up camera. There is one long slide. It needs some cosmetic fixes and would be great for someone who wants to make the interior however they want. It comes with a new spare tire. It leaked before we got it and stained the roof has been resealed. auto stairs need new motor. THIS UNIT IS IN ENNIS MONTANA.
