Description

***SALE PENDING***
This has been a great rv for us, and now can be yours! We moved and our needs have changed, otherwise we would not be selling. It's small enough to be easy to drive. It's been a great fit for both local campsites and cross country tips. De-winterized, oil changed and ready to use! It If you would like more pictures or have any specific questions, please ask!

The engine A/C works great; we used it to cool the entire living unit when driving - no need to run generator.

This is used; it has some wear. Overall everything is in good condition. The previous owners had a custom table top made, so that is nicer than stock. Three seatbelts around the U dinette, one on the swivel chair.

Everything works with two exceptions: Power mirrors have a blown fuse that I haven't traced down. I don't move the mirrors so I wasn't worried about it. The generator starts and works fine, but I disconnected the remote start button from inside the cabin. We noticed a noise like it was trying to prime while we were on a trip. We rarely use the generator and the push button start from outside was not a problem, so I disconnected it and have not researched a repair.
There is nothing else wrong with it that I am aware of. There are no leaks or signs of prior damage. The foam sealant around the tail lights had leaked when we bought it - I replaced them with LED units and has not been an issue since. No damage from this. The exterior shower dome had a crack; when I replaced it the interior was clean and dry.
Again, if you have any questions please let me know! We really do enjoy having this and I am sure you will as well.
