Private owner, but still new! Brand new condition. Haven't even removed all of the original manufacturer stickers yet. Purchased from dealer June 2021, camped once. Life circumstances changed everything and can no longer travel. I did my homework exhaustively and could not find a superior 5th wheel at this price and with these features, fixtures and finishes. Luxury living for far less than its competitors. Do side-by-side comparison with all of the others. I would buy this exact unit again.
