23’ 1999 Phoenix Cruiser RV

We purchased the RV in 2021 for safe Covid travel, and spent about two months on the road. It was glorious! We won’t have time to take a trip this year so sadly, we must sell. The RV is compact yet roomy, easy to drive, and everything works very well. The RV is very comfortable, with a queen-sized bed with new mattress and foam topper, and the dining room table folds down to a full-sized bed. We chose this RV because it was the most compact, yet tallest interior in our price range (6’4” H). We also chose it because the Ford E350 engine is similar to a box truck, so it is relatively easy to maintain and find parts for. The powerful engine has a max listed towing capacity of 6,300 lbs and is in great condition. We are the third owners of the RV. We have a clean title. Everything works in the RV house, including heat, AC, 2-way fridge, generator, hot water, microwave, stove top, bathroom sink, toilet, self-contained shower, and electrical outlets. We outfitted the RV with high quality fittings and accessories, installed a backup camera and new awning, replaced the house battery and installed new tires, and replaced the RV house carpeting with vinyl flooring, among other upgrades and general maintenance (all totaling several thousand dollars). The only water leaks we’ve experienced in the RV periodically come through the rooftop AC unit during heavy rain/wind storms. This RV is in great working order, it's totally dialed in, and ready for your big adventure!
