this 2013 Montana mountaineer fifth wheel is in Like new condition, one owner, length 34 ft, dry weight 10160, gvwr 14145, with 10 gal hot water tank, 64 gal fresh water, 93 gal gray water, 50 gal black water, two propane tanks for a total 60 lb propane. two power slide outs. one 17 ft power awning . front and rear power leveling jacks., bedroom on top with queen size bed ,with large mirrored closet sliding doors, dresser, shelving with washer dryer hook up, television , and private entry to bathroom, which has a large shower, porcelain toilet and sink also linen closet and medicine cabinet. lower floor has living room with entertainment center, television, radio, cd player, all solid wood cabinetry, lots of storage, ,cloth sofa bed with queen air mattress , almost like new, two cloth swivel rocker recliners, all appliance in good working order, we did change the closet in the living room into a pantry,,such a better use of space but can easily be returned to its original form, also added a shelf to the area under the counter, used this for my baking pans, also easily removed, the only scar is a scratch on the floor in the living room, as seen in the last photo,caused by the sofa bed not being properly opened, our fault. the kitchen , my favorite place, no one can interfere with your space. gas/electric fridge, three burner stove with oven and overhead microwave. lots of cabinet, and counter space , dinette with table and four chairs, all chairs with storage room. spare tire, 30 or 50 amp, built for two. sleeps four,15000 btus air conditioner, 35000 btu heater, outside shower, battery power converter, outside speakers,large pass thru storage, sorry for the really dirty tires,look at pictures ,this Rv is located in Lebanon pa, and can be seen by appt only,ask questions, make offer
