Everything works > 3 burner gas cooktop, 3 way fridge (DC, AC, propane), microwave, Air-conditioner, gas heater, stainless sink, roof fan, two LED lights. Has upgraded frame with higher clearance and larger wheels. Front storage unit for tools/toys. Inside is clean, some normal wear and tear. Convertible seat/bed can easily sleep 2, or even 3 in cozy way. Windows are a bit old so had sealed the edges to avoid leaks. Installed under carriage insulation to help with winter camping (went to Colorado last winter!). Installed new marine type battery 2 years ago. Comes with two propane tanks, new spare tire. Wheel bearings cleaned and repacked less than a year ago by pro RV dealer. Can easily pull it with mid-side SUV or truck as it is much lighter than normal camper trailers. Has built in electric brakes so need to connect to proper trailer plug (most dealer installed or factory suv or truck towing packages have this). Has extra LED rear lights for safety. Again, this is older so not perfect, some scratches and hairline cracks but 100% works and will continue to be fun for many years. Reason selling is looking to buy a small boat and have no space to store. Can't find these models with bathroom; new ones are 2 to 3 times the price. NO silly low price offers please.
