My wife and I bought this unit so we could live in it permanently since I travel for work. Things didn’t go as planned and it has only been me on the road, so no need for such a big camper. We love it, it has everything you need to live full time and will make a great camper for a family vacation. I’ve owned it for less than a year. I just put a new seal all around it. Also have upgraded two of the tires to synergy 14 ply that should last quite some time. I’ve had a couple of blowouts that have damaged the fender flares that come with it, so I will deduct cost and labor from asking price for that and the fire place inside doesn’t heat which will cost another 400 to replace. The sliding glass in the bathroom needs a screw on one side but works sufficiently. I had a washer/dryer combo put in which cost 1200$. The asking price is high, but so is the market! I will negotiate with a serious buyer!
