RV is in good condition, no leaks, no water damage. Motor and generator both run well. Awning has been professionally removed. Lots of interior, as well as underneath, storage. My son and I lived in it for a year, planned to travel, but had a series of unfortunate events that have led us to another path. Removed the pullout couch as it was starting to wear down, but the extra space works well for a desk. 3 flat screen tv's, satellite, and blu ray players. 3-burner stove, oven, built-in microwave. Some flaking on dinette cushions. Beautiful and homey on the inside. May need new front tires before long, and possibly a reseal on the roof before the end of the year.
