We have taken good care of this MH, new batteries and tires last Fall(2021), oil changes and lubrications preformed on a regular basis, the motor housing doghouse has been insulated to limit engine noise, the fold out sofa/bed has been replaced with recliners (queen sofa/bed, never used, still available). Gas grill and dish network satellite antenna and receiver are included. This unit has 3 slide outs which makes the living space comfortable and spacious.
