This model has the front living room which is great. TV and fireplace are in the nose and a couch in each slide out. Then there is theater seating facing the TV. The kitchen/dining area is in the belly with the bedroom in back. The bed raises in the back to make a garage. This unit is perfect for someone looking for the smaller toy hauler, not giving up the living space. The garage is 5' wide, 6'11\' tall and 10' deep. It will fit a motorcycle, four wheeler or golf cart. There is an outdoor shower and pre wired for a generator. It has two awnings with led lighting and also has slide-out awnings. Lots of pass through storage with slam-latch closures. Very nice unit with little use.
