Brand new couches installed, theater seating has qi wireless charger on top of middle of armrest, center storage area, both seats recline manually, couch folds out into a bed. Entertainment center fits a 55" tv (not included), has radio/DVD player with electric fireplace below. Furion brand stove/oven, with Furion convection/microwave. Full size refrigerator with ice/water in freezer door. Center island has trash can built in cabinet with some drawers. Upgraded lighting above theater seating and kitchen table. Kitchen table has a total of 4 chairs, 2 are fold up and stored under bed. Has RV sleep number king size bed with storage underneath bed. This unit has 1 1/2 baths. Full bathroom up front with combo washer/dryer. Closet has shelves on both sides with a safe installed. A few known damages to this unit. 1. the clothes rod in closet came down when my suspension air bags popped, glued it back in place and have a wood pole that supports rod with no issues. 2. the front underneath storage door there is a crack above the front latch, not causing any issues. I have put in upgraded stairs, keyless entry with 2 remotes, central vac and main AC control panel is bluetooth/wirelesss. Installed a 20amp outlet below bottom step inside RV to hook up to rv parks power to run extra fan or heater during winter without worrying about RVs amp usage, the outside outlet is located in RV’s hook-up compartment.
