The condition of our trailer is excellent. We have taken very good care of it and have maintenance records. We have had great trips with it, our favorite trip was taking the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). We enjoy boon docking and have it setup and ready for boon docking. We installed the Soft Start onto the AC unit so we can run it with our EU2200i generator (generator not included). Because of it's size the trailer can fit pretty much anywhere. We get a lot of compliments on it. People are always surprised when they learn of it's age. It looks new they say. It has all the amenities we need. This trailer perfect for a person or couple who travel for work.
