Description

This well maintained, one owner unit has an elevated living room (which allows for massive storage below), a central kitchen and elevated bath and bedroom. The living room has electric reclining theater seating with heat and massage options, as well as two couches that pull out into queen size beds. A televator tv hides behind the fireplace. There are storage cabinets above the fireplace / tv and additional storage on either side. A reading light has been installed near the theater seats. The bedroom contains ample storage in the closet, beneath the king bed, in the pull out chest beneath the bed, as well as the 6 drawer dresser. We are including a stackable Whirlpool washer and dryer as well. The bathroom boasts a 30" x 48" shower with a skylight for those needing a little extra height. Linen storage, a medicine cabinet as well as storage below the vanity completes the bathroom.

The kitchen is well laid out with plenty of counter space, cabinets and cupboards for storage as well as a lighted pantry. There is a 3 burner propane cook top, an oven (which has only been used once), and a convection microwave. There is a double stainless steel sink with pull down faucet. A custom oak dinette table completes the kitchen. There are 4 chairs - 2 of which fold that can be brought out as needed.

The original shower doors are included as well as the door for the W / D closet should you want to remove the washer and dryer. This camper is homey and very comfortable for travel or for permanent living. It's clean and ready to go. Take a look - you won't be sorry.
