2013 Forest River Sunseeker 3170DS (Double Slide) with 11900 miles. This unit has had one owner, was purchased new and has been gently used by a family of four for camping trips within a four-state area. Regular oil changes, properly winterized and covered every winter. yes there is some black staining on the fiberglass roof but it does not leak, never has and is in great shape. 7 new Michelin tires with less than 3000 miles on them. These tires where replaced on a recall. The House Batteries are brand new, replaced this year. The vehicle battery is brand new and replaced this year. There are NO rips or tears in any of the seating throughout the Motorhome. No cuts or tears on any of the window screens. The two cockpit seats have covers that are only 3 years old. Built in Navigation on cockpit screen. Backup camera. Queen sized bed in back. This unit has two stacked bunks that can be used for light storage should no one be sleeping in them. The interior is extremely clean with no stains. LED lighting in living area provides upgraded illumination. New custom cabin curtain. No rips or tears on any of the pulldown shades. Two TV’s; one is forward in the overhead bunk and the second is adjacent to the rear bunks. Jensen stereo with 4 speakers. Electric awning. The generator turns over but will not run and has approximately 7 hours of use total. The first 47k takes it. This motorhome has been well maintained and is in outstanding shape!
