Trailer is in excellent operating condition with many upgrades such as Slide cover, electrical system protection device, battery voltage/condition monitor (by display by bathroom as well as via bluetooth app on cell phone. Soft-start on the Air-conditioner, all (3) roof fans upgraded to Fantastic model, replaced tank valves, rear-view camera (for traveling) , replaced tires in 2019. The tanks were fully cleaned at least once per season; there is zero smell and usage sensors work as they should. This trailer was very well taken care of and was parked at seasonal campsite each year. It was towed around East Coast around 2/3 weeks each year. It was parked in a protected yard at end of each season, and winterized each year. All items are in working condition. All offers will be considered.
