The remodel features new Ultra Leather captain's chairs, Villa hide-a-bed sofa, new queen mattress, Harrison recliner, in buttery-soft Brisa Fresco Whey Ultraleather. All of the furniture is flexsteel. Bradd and Hall also custom made a 56" cherry dinette cabinet table with two chairs. Samsung residential fridge installed by Bradd and Hall. The batteries and inverter system will run the refrigerator and 2 CPAP machines for over 24 hours. New cherry wood valances and day/night roller shades throughout, with power shades in the front of the coach.
This unit features a basement heat pump and air conditioner with electric resistive heat and propane furnace. The roof is a one piece fiberglass unit. It was professionally re-caulked in 2020. The coach height is 11'10" and will fit under a 12' overhead door due to the basement air.New batteries and Michelin tires in June 2021.

Bathroom has a porcelain toilet, with a washer/dryer combination in a cabinet across from the toilet. It has never been used. The shower is very large, and features a fold-down seat. Water softener has been added. Water heater can be run either via electric, propane, or engine heat. You can run both the propane and electric for fast hot water recovery (not necessary). Egine hot water heater makes hot water for going down the road and doing dishes without having to run water heater.This coach features a 2000 watt Dimension inverter/charger, 20 watt solar charger, Onan onboard diesel generator. Included with coach is an AC shore power protection unit.
Entertainment system has been upgraded to include all flat-panel screens, surround sound system with subwoofer, and a Winguard Dish network system. Coach stereo system was upgraded with a Sony bluetooth enabled head unit with backup camera capabilities. A custom slide-out grill and entertainment center were added to one of the basement compartments.
The very smart floor plan will allow you to fully access the kitchen, including the refrigerator, while going down the road. The bathroom is also accessible while under way.
The Freightliner chassis features the upgraded CAT C7 350HP diesel engine. Had CAT add manual fuel priming pump so you can change your fuel filters yourself without bleeding lines.
