This camper is a jewel. We finally found it 2 years ago after searching for a big, roomy rear living (for the view of the outside) camper. Everything works, no leaks, I’m including a picture of the bottom of the fridge cabinet where you can see a bubbling effect at the base because I’m a genius and the first time we brought it back home after camping I didn’t close one slide ALL the way in and the first rain we got it leaked onto the floor right in front of the fridge and that cabinet was minimally damaged by the puddle of water-- it didn't flood the camper, it was literally a puddle that settled right in front of the fridge. I’ve replaced both super slide gear&motors, so you shouldn’t have an issue with that for years. Other than that I’ve done nothing to the camper. With the two slides out it is HUGE inside. We don’t use it enough to keep it so we’re letting it go. We’ve never had a problem keeping cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I camped last December in 19 degree weather and never had the heat past 71. - 2 AC units - power jacks - 2 grey / 1 black tank - heated electric fireplace - flat screen 40” - outside kitchen - outside shower - 2 power awnings - electric brakes work great, pulls great.
