RV is in excellent condition with everything in great working order. Only defects are some minor superficial wear on some of the interior wooden surfaces and some tearing on the front screen door. The trailer comes with a full wind skirt to keep the trailer warm in colder temperatures. The majority of rivets on the skirt are in tact and will hold the skirt on fine, but some have come off. Also included is a Furrion Vision S 7 wireless RV backup camera system with IR Night Vision and Wide Viewing Angles: 1 Rear Camera, 2 Side Cameras, and 1 Door Way Security Sharkfin to make driving and backing up a much easier task.

This is an excellent medium sized trailer for traveling or living in. It's built by Grand Design who have been up and coming and known for the quality of their craftsmanship. There were two previous owners who took 5 total trips. After that, my wife and I lived in it for about 1.5 years and loved it. From the kitchen island, the leather recliners, fireplace, telescoping TV, good sized refrigerator, an additional mini-fridge on the outside, the desk area to sit and work, and the two A/C units, it's an amazing trailer. The main reason we are selling it is because we won't be able to take it where we are planning to move. All accessories seen in the pictures are included.
