Also includes new AC covers, sunshade screen for awning and new 103 inch sofa with a recliner at each end. The large comfortable sofa with recliners has a storage ottoman which converts to a table and was put in to replace the dinette. This provides options for watching the large TV with snacks and beverages in the included tray with cup holders or having a meal comfortably seated on the sofa with the ottoman converted to a table. Driver and passenger chairs swivel and a small table is included that fits between them. Low mileage, all regular maintenance performed on schedule, interior and exterior are in great condition. There is one low ding on the windshield that has been inspected and no repair was recommended. There are two separate hot water heaters and very large holding tanks. Stay safe by traveling in your own, clean, spacious RV. I’ve enjoyed this RV so much and am selling only because my new home doesn’t accommodate it.
