AS IS - 32,000 miles.

Has damage to shell above drivers door, which caused some water to get in to the sleeping space above the cab.  As a result, the floor of that space is a little soft and probably needs to be replaced.  Leak has been temporarily fixed with FlexSeal.

There is also damage to the drivers rear bumper and shell from someone backing in to a rock or something.  The side panel and rear panel have separated a little and there could be water damage behind there, but we don’t know.

Electric awning was working, but doesn’t seem to be now.  Could be something easy to fix…not sure.

Has a 4000W gas generator that seems to work fine, and has recently had an oil change and air filter replacement.

Everything else works just fine.

Coach batteries are no good.  One was removed and disposed of completely, and the other is due to be replaced.  Replacement battery cables between the two coach batteries are necessary, too, due to corrosion.

Engine and chassis are fine.  Runs fine, good brakes. Tires look good.
