I built this with my girlfriend at the start of 2021. We traveled 25,000 miles in it across the country and back. Runs and drives great. It has a basic electrical system but we never needed anything more. You can easily stay off grid without driving for 2-3 days. Then just hit the road for an hour or two and be back up to 100% battery.
Since building this van I've started my own professional conversion company. I would more then willing to negotiate adding a beefier electrical and/or solar system to the build and also make any modifications you'd like.
Also could discuss providing service work on the van if it ever needed it.
The transmission issue was fixed but is a typical issue with the transit vans. The shop diagnosed the issue as the torque converter failing and then ruining the transmission.
Feel free to ask any questions you have about the van or ask for pictures of anything I may have missed.
