It also has a full bath (toilet is separate so you have privacy). All five vents have new black "venting" covers over them on the roof. The bathroom sinks have been replaced/upgraded as well as the faucets. Ample amount of storage throughout! 50 Amp hookup with additional adapters included for 30 and 110. Two spare tires come with this RV as well as some stabilizing equipment and a heavy duty hitch stabilizer that has the capacity for 1400 lbs on the hitch and to pull 14000 lbs. Four tire covers also come with this. Full Disclosure: The awning has started to wear/tear at the ends where it is attached to the RV. Just before I parked the wind caught it as I was rolling it up and one of the ends snapped that held the spring mechanism tight - which then resulted in the need to roll it up by hand. The electric side of the water heater works great but the propane side stopped working recently. I believe it is the solenoids that have seized but did not get to replacing them before moving.
