Description
For sale, 2012 Keystone Cougar 322qbs. This uniquely designed 5th wheel camper has the bunkhouse in the front of the camper, and the master bedroom in the back. It has a lot of space, and can sleep 9 people without anyone on the floor. The interior decor is in the “Autumn Night” pattern, and the camper is fitted with the Polar package which rates the camper to be fine camping in temperatures down to zero degrees. It has heat, A/C, stove, oven, microwave, 2 30lb propane tanks, and much more. To see all the features of this great camper, check the brochure at: https://library.rvusa.com/brochure/2012CougarEastBrochure3.pdf We did upgrade a few things over the years. This includes a 120 watt solar panel on the roof with a charge controller that keeps two batteries charged. If you park in the sun you can dry camp indefinitely. A tire pressure monitoring system. The wall trim border has been extended into the master bedroom, not just in the kitchen/living room area. The panels that cover access to the water heater and the rear electrical access have been replaced with cabinet doors for easier access. A ventilation fan has been added to the bunkhouse heating duct to help circulate the air better. A custom shelving insert was added to the bunkhouse slide for better clothing storage. A custom nightstand was added next to the master bedroom bed. Internal removable skylight covers for the bedrooms. Magnetic door stops on the two interior doors. The camper will go with a kingpin stabilizer, potable water hose, sewage hoses, a 50 amp electrical cord, a 30 amp electrical cord, many electrical connectors for hooking up to a variety of electrical power sources. We hate to see this camper go, but we just don’t use it much anymore. The camper has been well maintained, and given us many fond family memories and adventures. $17,999 or best reasonable offer. Any payments will have to clear the bank before the camper can be taken. Call or text Bert, 860-three zero four-one 6 one 5, weekday evenings or on the weekend. I don’t check email often.
