AS OF 3/28/22 WE HAVE RECEIVED A DEPOSIT FOR PURCHASE. THIS VEHICLE IS NOW "SALE PENDING" STATUS.

This vehicle is basically a brand new LTV U24TB with every option available on the 2021 model with the exception of a safe and the lithium battery upgrade. It also has a dealer installed TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) with a color monitoring console. It has extended wheel valves for easier filling of the inside tires if required. I had a $3,400 Clear Bra installed on front bumper, fenders and hood over windshield. It includes 4 complete sets of keys (engine/storage) with FOB's. It has a DirecTV HR24 Dual DVR Tuner installed. It was driven from Florida (where purchased May 2021) to Maine and then Maine to Montana during October 2021. Since last October it has been stored "INSIDE". It is pristine with one exception - the windshield was hit by an object on the trip from Maine to Montana and sustained a chip on the passenger side. This was repaired (with lifetime warranty) by Safelite and is barely visible. For all practical purposes the RV is fully equipped and is "ready-to-go" including sheets, towels, utensils, etc. (contact seller for list of included options/accessories). We have organized all of the manuals (including manuals not provided by LTV) in a binder with tabs and a TOC for easy access. We have also made several instruction guides (laminated) for all functions for easy access and use. Also, it has 3 very minor factory recalls to be installed that I received last fall but the unit was in storage so I elected to wait until this spring to have them installed. We are selling because we have a summer home on Cliff Island, Maine, where we spend 4 months each year during the summer (prime time for RV use) so we will not get the full benefit of owning such a fine vehicle, especially since we live in Montana and the RV season is short due to inclement weather.
