This travel trailer is in excellent condition. We only used it for one season. We upgraded and extended the kitchen countertop with a fold away extension on the countertop and installed shelving inside of the bunkhouse cabinets and the kitchen area. We upgraded the mattress to a top of the line queen mattress in the master. We installed and upgraded pull out kitchen faucet in the outside kitchen area sink . We also Installed a whole unit water filtration system like you would have in a home. We are also including with this a brand new Hitch that we bought just for this vehicle and the sway bars. In addition to all of this all for TV mounts with electronics is included. All of this was purchased brand new last year in May. We also have a custom full trailer cover for downtime. The warranty is still intact for this unit since it was just purchased last year. This is in addition to everything the factory installed into this trailer.
