I purchased this RV with the intent to travel but it has only sat in a storage facility for the past 4 years. This RV is in excellent condition and ready to take on the road. There are not major issues with this RV other than the exterior needing to be cleaned and a trim piece on the inside that fell down when I was moving it from one location to the next. I am including all hoses and fittings in this as well as a small external tank that I had for my previous RV. I also have levelers for it as well that are included. I have had the roof inspected every year and the RV is currently winterized.
