The Beacon comes with full body paint, slide toppers over all slides, 2 LED lit awnings
The lights, awnings, slides & tank levels are controlled by the Spyder Monitor sytem with additional monitors in the bedroom, bath, kitchen & beside the sofa
Tires are Michelin XTA 215/75R/17.5 with max pressure of 120 psi bought new in June, 2018. Approximately 10,000 miles on them since purchased.
It has 3 AC's; two of which have heat pumps installed as options. A fireplace as well

In August, 2018: Tishomingo Service Center (TSC) installed shelves in the washer/dryer area of the bedroom, to the bottom left above stove & to the bottom cabinet over the hutch.
In 2019: Moryde installed the Moryde Independent Suspension including disk brakes making the coach glide down the road with little to no shaking inside & a Moryde King Pin hitch. TSC installed 3 additional shelves in the living room area above the sofa & bedroom chest of drawers, also added a Bose Solo sound bar. At the same appointment TSC installed an additional 110v plug & 12v plug in the basement. The bearings were repacked annually.
In 2020: TSC installed an additional 110v plug in the bedroom for use with a CPAC machine or other uses; also installed an upgraded kitchen faucet, repacked wheel bearings and annual inspection including roof seals.
In August, 2021 TSC repacked wheel bearings, annual inspection of roof, furnace including cleaning burner tube, inspection of other appliances & systems.
In January, 2022 we added a Charles 58" Powered Double RV Wall Hugger Recliner Sofa RV loveseat in oatmeal cloth from RecPro & a 80" Charles sofa/Hide-a-bed from RecPro. They have yet to be used.
In anticipation of a planned 2022 trip to Alaska, TSC did an annual inspection and replaced the outside automatic leveler pad. The next month we bought a truck camper to travel to Alaska. So the Beacon is prepped and ready to travel for the 2022 season.
