Reduced $3k 2003 RV Fleetwood Terra 32s motorhome camperHere’s a handyman' special that is $10k less than it should be. I purchased and paid in full before I got there. The well edited photos covered all the issues this RV had. So, here’s the good and the bad about this RV.THE GOOD:MECHANICALLY: This is an excellent driving vehicle. I drove it over 1,000 miles without any issues. The workhorse 8.1L engine is extremely strong engine and this vehicle has incredible power. The drivability is excellent and has a very smooth ride, and this can be driven or delivered anywhere in the country. Jacks: The electric jack system works like it should with no issues.Generator: Generator works great and starts all the time.Slide out: Slide out works great as it should.Tires are newer and in great shape and has good batteries.A/C system works great with dual air units, and gas heater works well.We put a beautiful new floor in that matches very well with the interior. There were no soft spots in the floor.Roof/ceiling: The roof is a one-piece roof and it shows very nice with no issues. There is no water damage due to any issues of the roof.The kitchen table, coach and drivers’ seats, all show well. The table folds down to make a bed and the couch folds out to make a full bed. Electric/propane refrigerator works like is should.The Bad:The odometer has pixels burnt out in it. It shows 25k miles. Doing a vin check you can see past owners renewing the tabs, and it shows by the multiple years registration that these would be the correct miles. the vehicle is sold miles exempt.The outside is sun faded and graphics are cracked. You can see rear bumper damage, missing fender flairs, along with scrapes and damage on the outside, including a missing awnings. There is water damage due to open windows. I see no roof issues at all, but everywhere there is damage is due to an open window. You will see this by the driver’s and rear bedroom window.The stove, microwave & mattress is missing.Missing Items: The dash panel box, Passenger front seat, Panel board below sink, Driver’s radio and mattriss.The past owner went crazy with glue, tape and a screw gun. You can see the damage to the walls, cabinets and table. I have tried to be as fair and accurate with this listing. I don’t want anyone disappointed when looking at this unit, nor do I want my time waisted in items pointed out to me that are wrong and time waisted negotiations. Price firm at $16,500.
