This is a great rv for full timers, hunting clubs, or temporary housing needs. Overall the rv is in great shape and everything works as it should. The price is so cheap because the sidewall is cracked under the front slide. It can be repaired. However this crack does not affect using the rv at all!!! Just transporting it. I can be moved here and there no problem but I would not recommend hauling it across country over and over. I have hauled it across county and it has done just fine but I have noticed the crack has gotten a bit bigger moving it around. It would be a great fit for a hunting club or stationary housing.
