This motorhome is in perfect running condition and everything works as it should. We are the second owners and have made several upgrades since owning this fantastic class C motorhome. The previous owner had the dinette removed and a custom desk/dinette installed as well as Bigfoot levelers. We have had 4 tires replaced with new within the past 4,000 miles. We also just had an alignment done on our last trip to Florida. We also had RV Armor seal the roof for the last time. The roof comes with a lifetime warranty and it is tied to the Vin number not the owner. We did this as a preventative measure and to eliminate the need to constantly reseal the roof. We also had Lifetime Luxury Vinyl Tile installed. Another big change we did was to have the jack knife sofa removed and installed 2 of the most comfortable residential power reclining theatre seats you could ask for. We also just purchased a new Zinus 8 inch Green Tea Mattress following our last trip in preparation for selling. There is also a backup camera and lane change cameras built into the mirrors. We are selling because we were offered a deal we couldn't pass up on another RV. We also have a 2016 Ford F150 4x4 EcoBoost engine with 30k something mileage that we have used as a tow vehicle that is available if interested and comes with a Blue Ox and a Stay and Play braking system. Additional cost of $34,000 and it's ready to go. This motorhome is kept under a carport in Delaware. The power awning has a tear that is taped and works without any problems and I have brand new awning material still sealed in the original box which goes with the Motorhome. This is an 8 year old motorhome, it is in really good condition.
