This trailer is in perfect shape. I've been in it less than 10 times. I'm building a multi-million dollar lake house in Tuftonboro, NH and when the house construction fell behind schedule, I bought the trailer so we could enjoy the lot with no house. We ate in it a few times, never slept in it. It is basically brand new and you won't find a better deal online.
