The lot and coach house are located on beautiful Smith Lake and is for sale also. This 5th Wheel has all of the comforts of home. It has tons of storage inside and underneath. I purchased the 5 Year extended Warranty and it is transferable. I also had the Care Paint Protection applied when I purchased it.
