2017 Keystone Cougar X Lite 29RES purchased new and used 3 years for full time travel. Excellent size for camping at National and State parks. The unit fit easily even in older state park spaces!The living room is open and spacious with the entertainment area situated at rear of unit. The bedroom is located in nose of camper so noise from living area was limited. A big plus of the floorplan is the refrigerator located on the main body of the trailer eliminating the weight problem often experienced by being located on a slide out. The camper has 2 AC units, one in main living area and another in the bedroom. There are also 2 electronic awnings on the front of camper. Really nice on hot Summer days! Solar shades have replaced the manufacturer shades in living area to minimize heat buildup during day and blackout shades offer privacy at night. Unit is in good condition and is being sold as is. It has been in covered storage for 2 years with wheel bearing and axel component maintenance performed December 2020. Slide outs operate on a cable system. The Kitchen slide does require cable repair at top right corner, cost about $750. This has been considered in the asking price. Living room slide has had some water penetration affecting the floor but is stable for use. The recliners were removed and 2 dining chairs removed to make more room in the living space. We have not replaced these items so you have an opportunity to furnish these items as you like! Sofa is in good condition but faux leather finish has peeled.
