We are offering our new 2022 Thor Magnitude RS36 for sale due to health reasons. This Magnitude is built on the Ford F600 chassis 4X4 with a 6.7L diesel motor that has 330 hp and automatic leveling jacks. With the bunk beds, sleeping area over cab, rear bedroom with king size bed and 32" TV, fold out couch and a dinette that folds down into a bed, it will easily handle your family of 8 for an extended stay. The 6000 watt Onan quiet diesel generator, which has very few hours on it, coupled with an 1800 watt inverter and solar panels to keep the two house batteries charged, provides everything you need to boondock while the 50 amp shorepower connection supports an extended period in a campground. The coach has a complete water system with filter and an instant hot water tank that provides continuous hot water for the corner shower in the center bath and for needs at the kitchen sink.
The front living area contains the leatherette booth and couch. The kitchen is equipped with a residential refrigrator, 3 burner stove, microwave convection oven, stainless steel sink and plenty of cabinet storage space, everything needed for preparing meals or relaxing while watching the the 39" TV is readily available. Comfort for everyone is provided by the ducted roof mounted air conditioners (2) in the summer and the gas furnace in the cooler weather.
Everything is in new condition and has never been used. All interior surfaces are in pristeen condition with no mars or tears. The exterior is in excellent condition and the coach has been stored under cover since purchased.
Family and friends will enjoy the outside kitchen with LP gas hookup for grille, entertainment center with 32" TV and a power awning with LED lights will provide shade on sunny days.
