Description
1994 Ford Coachman Class B RV. Great runner, I have owned since August 2020. Its taken me every mile of the west coast coastal route from from central CA to the Canadian border and back again, down to the Mexican boarder and back again, a road trip to Yellowstone, through Wyoming, down through Colorado, up and over the Rockies, back to central CA via a winding route through Utah and Nevada, as well as numerous trips to Tahoe, Northern CA, Yosemite, LA. During our time together I have never experienced a issue with starting or running. The basics:The Van:Ford E250, 5.8L V8, 121,600 miles,M&S Tires- 75%+ life remaining, AC in cab,Fluids replaced around 115K including Transmission fluid, Power steering, Rear diff, Brake fluid, coolant. Oil and oil filter changed last change at around 120K,Improved sway bars and suspension. The living area:Sleeps 4 (fold out sofa and over head pullout),Kitchen area including sink with mixer tap, 2 burner stove top, new counter top,Roof AC and heater unit,Propane furnace (thermostatically controlled,LED lighting,Fridge with removable freezer compartment,120ah AGM battery,Battery charger from alternator,Toilet, Sink in rear with shower connection. External shower,Lots of storage,Generator, Side awning. Since I have owned the van it has been fully updated internally from the bare shell to reduce weight, improve insulation for more comfortable living and gain extra storage space. Improvements/Modifications include: -Sheep wool insulation in walls and ceiling.-Reflectix insulation to roof and walls,- Replaced wall and ceiling panels. - Replaced carpet including ceiling, walls and floor in both cab and living area.- Vinyl flooring in rear WC area. - Composting toilet.- Sink unit in rear. - New fridge, with freezer compartment (low energy consumption Dometic CRX-65). - LED lighting. - New kitchen sink tap. - Relocation of water tank to create under bed/couch storage. - Extra storage added in rear.- New leisure battery.- New leisure battery charger. - Sway bars added (by previous owner - Receipts in hand).- Improved suspension (by previous owner- Receipts in hand). Whats needed: New water heater for the living area. The old heater had a leak from the tank so it has been disconnected. New heater runs at approx $500 and will take approx a couple of hours to fit so i have reduced my valuation by $1000 to cover this as i don't have time to replace it.
