Good condition airstream. Garage kept most of its life. Runs great and strong( serviced at Mercedes) . New tv, new stereo system, new toilet, rearview cam. Very clean inside and out.

The awning needs to be replaced and needs a new water heater. Estimate for all repairs needed was quoted at $4,000 to $5,000
