A great deal on this 31' motorhome that is super easy to drive and has been a fantastic travel companion for me the past 7 years. I have replaced/updated multiple parts of the camper including a new AC unit, converter, TV, cab stereo and mattress (see below for specifics). Up to date on maintenance. The ONLY problem with this camper: there are 2 soft spots on the roof, resulting from an old satellite dome that I finally removed. This is something that does not affect the working of the camper at all, and you would never know they are there if you aren't on the roof. No evidence of water damage to the camper other than those soft spots. Also the patio awning is definitely worn, though it is still very functional - it has some wear and a couple of holes on the outer surface from weather exposure and one encounter scraping against a light pole when pulling into a parking lot.
