This is a very practical rig. We've slept 8 people. It's been to California and AZ but mainly used locally at the lake and ski resorts. It's been a wonderful camping experience for our family all year round. It is stored outside but well maintained. The exterior has oxidation but is washed and waxed yearly. New roof 4 years ago. Large storage compartment in rear. The engine runs great and have never had any engine issues. It's serviced regularly. Full sink. Refrigerator and freezer.Three burner stove. Microwave. Oven. Shower is decent size with seperate toilet area. The bathroom door closes for master bedroom privacy. Plenty of storage inside. Two rear manual stabilizing Jacks and back up camera installed. Six gallon water heater. 30,000 BTU furnace. 13,500 BTU A/C unit. 55 gal gas tank. Built-in Onan Microquiet 4000 generator. 2 up dated flat screen TVs included with DVD. Pwr windows and locks. 30amp electric system. Electric step. Manual awning. Included Dish TV satellite.This is bitter sweet.but our needs have changed and kids grow up! This Rig is vacation ready!
