The basecamp is in perfect shape and new in spring of 2021. It equipped with ac, furnace, solar power, refrigerator, microwave, hot water, wet bath, 27 gallons of fresh water tank, 28 gallons of gray water tank, 21 gallons of black water tank and 2 propane tanks. The kitchen has two burner stoves and good size sink. We used it for two trips and loved it- due to some kid health issues we just aren’t using it.
