We bought this brand new in 2019. It has been used about a dozen times. It is immaculate inside and out. We are downsizing, as our kids are getting older and no longer camp with Mom and I very much I have added a digital keypad, rear looking camera, (great for backing up, as well as driving), and a solar charger to keep the battery charged. It has an extended warranty that is good until 2026, and the roof is still under factory warranty for another 9 years. Has a double wide, 4 door refrigerator, 40" TV, and an electric Fireplace. It has an auto leveling function, that makes it a breeze to set up.just hit a button and walk away. I replaced the battery last week. Old one was still serviceable, but 3 years old.so I replaced it. There are washer and dryer connections in the master bedroom closet. Has a huge pantry in kitchen. Great for stocking up on supplies, or storing kitchen equipment. NADA shows the suggested retail price on this at $68,400.
