Bought unit new in March 2021. From March 2021 - September 2021 the unit was parked on the lake only. Currently, the unit is being stored in Huntsville, AL. The unit was barely used and still in perfect condition. One of the couches has some damage; however, this will be discussed further if interested in the unit. There is a separate living right off the kitchen with two power theater (heated) recliners, and two hide-a-bed sofas, and a cozy electric fireplace. On the other side of the kitchen you will find the bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom currently has a king size mattress, but can be replaced with queen for more space. The bed lifts up for storage, along with a large closet, built-in clothing hamper, and preparations for the washer/dryer if desired. For the outside, this four season unit includes 5 slides, an electric patio awning with LED lights, two AC units, outside shower, tinted windows, insulated underbelly, hydraulic auto-leveling system, large pass through storage up front, premium oversized rear slide out storage tray in the rear, 2 - 30lb LP tanks with auto change over and much more.
