This unit has 3 extremely quiet AC units that keep it cool in even the hottest weather with over 40K BTU’s of cooling. You’ll stay nice and toasty in the cold with the 40K BTU propane furnace and the electric fireplace that not only adds beautiful ambiance but a functional 5K BTU heater. There is TONS of storage in this unit and plenty of payload to load it up! It has 98 Gal of fresh water, 108 Gal of Grey water capacity, and 53 Gal of Black water capacity.Last four of vin is 1080 so it was 80th off the line meaning the supply chain issues that plague the industry now didn’t exist when this was built and we have had none of the issues customers are seeing with the newer units. There is an extended warranty that is fully transferable as well. We’ve never had any major issues at all with this unit, always kept it clean inside and out. Added a new kitchen faucet with built in water filter. Prepped for solar as well as a generator. Has the residential fridge that we have had zero issues with! I do owe on it still so that will have to be worked out, most likely through an escrow service. Currently located in Bridgewater MA but will be moved to Brattleboro VT in early March. Very low miles on it as we used it seasonal at a campground about 20 miles from where we keep it.
