2015 Eclipse Attitude 23FBG travel trailer toy hauler. Bought new in 2016. Used nine times and appears near new with bright white fiber glass shell (having always been stored inside). It comes with many post factory upgrades. Cabin is 26 ft with total length including hitch at 30 ft. Those with experience would recognize this size as nearly ideal for high country camping in National Parks where hook ups are scarce and spots are limited in size of accommodations. Bay area is 11’ 6” to sink cabinet and loads my Honda Talon S just fine (10ft by 72in wide). This RV fully equipped and loaded with vehicle but no water is right at 9000 lbs towable weight which is very doable for a towing 1/2 ton truck. We pulled it with a Ford F-150 truck mostly to Colorado. This unit is not equipped with a fueling station to avoid the hazard and fuel contamination. It has two main beds with additional sleeping space.
Cabinets are solid and are constructed better then most in similar RVs with good arrangement of storage space. It even has a narrow slide out pantry for easy access to canned and dry goods. Appliances work well as we just spent two weeks of fun in then western Arizona desert area in January. Now for more important information — additional up grades:

— Alloy wheels with near new Goodyear Endurance Tires ……(10ply high speed rating to resist heat build up failure)
— New spare and new unmounted Goodyear replacement
— Load equalizer hitch - premium
— Rear Camera with large viewing screen
— 2 powered roof vents rain detecting to close - with remotes
— 2 - 30lb propane tanks
— Winterizing pump kit
— Aluminum storable telescoping ladder
— Both mattresses are much improved RV replacements
— Custom made three sided eating and game table
— Plumbed for propane grill or fire pit from main bottles
— Bearings packed / seals replaced and brakes checked in January
