Camper needs some repair - this is why the low price - the bath vent broke from storm and floor in main living got wet ins would not pay - see photos needs floor repair there is no roof leaks needs a vent crank and some painting on side skirts from blowing tires - have paint for body - sofa is coming delaminating from heat closed up see photos Elc hot water is bad but gas hot water works good. This has a 12 garage. This camper is big and looks good for age needs some work but is priced to sell - look at all the photos and call with questions- we still have a loan on it but with local bank
