Description
This is a family friendly camper trailer. The Open Range Light 308BHS features triple slides, rear bunkhouse, kitchen with w/island, outdoor kitchen, U-Lounge sofas with tables, master bedroom, bathroom, bunk room and pass-through external storage . It sleeps 8: 3 bunk beds, 1 convertible dinette/bed, 1 full size sofa bed and 1 queen bed. The full-size sofa bed is an air mattress, w/electric pump, that inflates/deflates quickly. The front bedroom provides a restful retreat w/queen size bed, under mattress storage, bed side cabinets with drawers, shirt hanging storage, overhead reading lights and separate AC. The bunkhouse is where you will likely find the kids. It includes a convertible dinette/bed (not pictured in the floorplan.) two upper bunk beds 38" x 72", a bench sofa that doubles as a bed, under bench drawers and a hanging wardrobe with shelf. You will find the kitchen to the left of the door as you enter. There is a refrigerator, microwave, lots of counter space, three burner range and oven, pantry slide and the island w/double sink. Opposite the entry door is the large slide out u-shaped lounge. The U-lounge has sofa seating for 8, two swivel tables, a TV with DVD/CD player and radio, indoor/outdoor speakers, overhead cabinets and lower storage drawers. The bath features an angled shower, toilet, sink, linen cabinet and a sliding pocket door that leads into the master suite for added convenience and privacy. The outdoor kitchen includes a smaller refrigerator, 2 burner stove, sink, microwave, cabinets with a drawer. In addition, 10 ply tires, 8 ply spare tire, outdoor grill, a large powered awning, outdoor shower and outside lighting. This is a 4 season camper with heated tanks and thermal pane windows tested down to 0 degrees. All inspection discrepancies pictured have been repaired, with the exception of the awning. It needs a new arm on the left side, which broke at a pivot joint. It was in for repair from 7/29/21 until 11/05/21. The arm was not received due to the supply/distribution issues. The function of the awning is demonstrable in spite of the broken joint. The underside of the awning needs to be cleaned to remove mold. The top does not not have mold. I buffed out the paint, which has reduced the fading noted in the pictured inspection forms. Options: Fantastic fan, BBQ Grill, 15000 BTU AC, Power Rear Stabilizing jacks, 2nd AC 13500 BTU, 8 Cu FT refrigerator, porcelain toilet and Buckup Camera.
