The single-sheet metal roof is inspected and leak free. The single fold-out step, bumper and towing touge have been repainted a high-gloss black to prevent rust. The stock hand crank jack has been upgraded to an electric jack with operation light (which can still be hand-cranked if needed). A battery box with a 12v, 10W trickle charge solar panel houses the auto battery. The manual roll-out awning has new awning fabric. This is a thoroughly refurbished and upgraded RV, and the interior is uniquely beautiful. It is fully paid off, title in hand.
