36ft travel trailer with a main bedroom and bunkhouse with three bunks and jack knife sofa. The dinette has a large bench suitable for having the whole family at the table and can be turned into a bed. The living room sofa folds down to a bed as well. The kitchen has a large refrigerator and a full size pantry with and a stainless steel sink. Tons of kitchen storage space. The entertainment center includes a TV and Bluetooth sound system that can also play on the speakers outside. Electric fireplace under the TV puts off enough heat to avoid using propane on cooler days. This rig is built for 50amp hookup but can run on 30amp. The main bedroom is setup for an additional AC unit if you wanted to add one. It is prewired for solar power and wifi. Exterior kitchen includes mini fridge, propane griddle, and sink. 
This travel trailer was only taken on five short trips in one season. It has been cared for very well, it’s basically brand new.. All maintenance has been followed. It has always been winterized (currently winterized). No history of leaks or water damage.  Mattress is included in the main bedroom (queen size).  RV is also equipped with two propane tanks.
