This camper has been meticulously maintained and nicely upgraded. We've added 200W of solar, upgraded A/C Unit, AGM batteries with a battery isolation switch, a 2000W Inverter, ladder to access the roof, slide topper, MaxxAir Fan upgrade in Bathroom with vent cover, upgraded to frameless windows, and weight distribution hitch with sway bars is included. A new weatherproof and UV protectant cover is also included.The Bunk areas each have their own outlet for charging phones or iPads, and each has its own window. The dinette is very large and comfortable. It also converts to a very comfortable bed that even 2 adults can sleep on (we have when my parents joined us for a trip). There's actually a lot of storage everywhere: under the dinette, pantry, cabinets over and below the kitchen, above the master bed, under the master bed, and the large passthrough storage outside in the front is amazing! One feature we have really enjoyed is the fact that the TV can be flipped around to face either the living area or the master bed. Another is the large tinted glass window on the front above the master bed. I'm not sure if this feature is unique to Apex but it is not common. We absolutely love it. It also has an outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, grill, storage drawer, and prep shelf, which is covered by the large motorized awning that extends and covers the area including the door all the way to the back of the trailer. The stereo is bluetooth compatible and has speakers both inside and outside (you can control which area or both is on at any time).There is nothing needing repairs or replacement that I'm aware of. All tanks are clean and empty. She's ready to go with no hassle. Whoever buys her is getting a very nice camper.We are only selling because we bought a diesel truck and can now pull a 5th Wheel.
