We bought this portable dream home and had it delivered from the dealer. Unfortunately we had a house fire and have not been able to go camping. We set it up at the end of our driveway to be our home base for when we needed to be at the house during the ordeal. EXCELLENT CONDITION! It is going in for a complete check up on 2/19 to make sure it is working perfectly. And BTW, this is one of those rare units that actually has (2) heating fireplaces and (2) air conditioners.
